They say seats are reserved for Senior  Citizens  meaning people above the age of 60 in Buses.But this rule is never enforced  atleast in the city of Kochi.We see younger people sitting on those seats reserved for the 60+ and even on request do not vacate.the conductor is helpless.It is high time the higher authorities woke up to the problem
